EMS WEEK May 19-25, 2013
EMS: One Mission. One Team

The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) was instrumental in establishing EMS Week when President Gerald Ford declared November 3 – 10, 1974 as the first “National Emergency Medical Services Week.” This annual observance continued for four more years and was then reinstituted by ACEP in 1982.

Another New Ambulance arrived on 9/11/2012. We are currently stocking it and equipping it with the necessary items for licensure. We are hoping for an Oct, 2012 service date.

9/28/2011 New Ambulance was put into service at 18:00. This rig was speced by providers of WCAA and constructed by Road Rescue.

Always remember September 11. Below are videos of "America's 911 Rides" commemorating 9/11. WCAA providers Scott and Marlene Barr accompanied the ride for the last two years as it visited the three crash sites of September 11, 2001. Marlene put these presentations together with the photos snapped during their three day journey.
